Shipping Policy

Shipping Time
Our goal is to process and ship your order within 2-5 business days of receipt.

U.S., Canadian, UK & Australian Orders
A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. This tracking number will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order. Please note that orders outside of the U.S. are subject to customs clearance which may take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. Unfortunately, we have no control of the customs clearance process.

Other Countries
If you are located outside of the U.S., Canada, the UK and Australia, please contact us here to arrange payment and shipping. International orders in other countries are processed through eBay to provide added protection to the buyer and seller.


Shipping Rates & Methods
PEURIST.COM currently only ships items within the United States, Canada, the UK and Australia, though, we can make special arrangements if you are located in other countries (see above).

Shipping for U.S. orders of a single tie or a single shirt is currently $5. All other U.S. orders will be charged a Flat Rate of $6.95. Canadian, UK, and Australian shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Overnight shipping is available upon request.  Please contact us here to inquire about rates.

U.S. Orders - Updated 8/8/15 (UPS Ground shipping)
All items shipped within the U.S. are currently processed via USPS Mail or UPS Ground. Your item will ship either via First Class US Mail, Parcel Post (now known as Parcel Select), Priority Mail or UPS Ground, all with tracking numbers provided via email. Method of USPS/UPS delivery will vary based upon final weight of order and distance from New Jersey. If you are unable to receive UPS Ground orders, please let us know when placing your order.

Canadian, UK and Australian Orders
All items shipped via USPS Mail. Your item will ship either via USPS First Class International Mail or USPS Priority International Mail, all with tracking numbers provided via email. Method of shipment depends
upon the final weight of the order -- orders calculated to be four pounds or less will ship via USPS First Class International mail; orders over four pounds will ship via USPS Priority International Mail.


Undelivered Packages
We are not able to reship packages that are returned to us by the carrier. All undelivered packages will be processed as a return. Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping address for an order.


Returns Policy

***UK & Australian Orders -- FINAL SALE***
All orders shipped to the UK and Australia are FINAL SALE, with no returns or exchanges accepted.

Merchandise Accepted
All items that meet the Return Eligibility criteria, below, will be accepted for returns, unless the item is marked Final Sale, "FS" or otherwise noted as non-returnable on the product page.


Merchandise Not Accepted
All items priced marked "FS" or "Final Sale" are Final Sale and cannot be returned.


Exchanges

Please note that we do not presently offer exchanges. If you would like a different variant of a specific item, or want a completely different item entirely, simply follow the Return process as outlined herein for the item you wish to return, and place a new order for the separate item.



Return Eligibility
Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. All tags must be attached to garments in their original condition. Any attempt to remove or modify the hangtags, including those added by PEURIST, will void the product's return eligibility, and the item will be FINAL SALE.

Before sending a return, Purchaser must contact Peurist to obtain a Return Authorization Number via the Contact Us page, or by replying to the order emails received from PEURIST Customer Support. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. Purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping, and must use a method that provides tracking to Peurist. Purchaser must inform Peurist of the tracking number of any returned item(s) by contacting customer service via the Contact Us page.

Please return items in their original packaging, including: hangers, plastic wrap, hang tags on garments, shoeboxes, dust bags and gift boxes. A new box may be used to return the item.

U.S. & Canadian Orders
Eligible item(s) must be returned within 14 days of the date your package is received or as otherwise stated on the item return policy. This means that you must postmark your return package within 14 days of the date the original shipment was received. Original receipt dates are verified with USPS tracking numbers through www.usps.com.

eBay
This return policy does not apply to any purchases made through the PEURIST account on eBay (Username: peurist). Items purchased on eBay are subject to the return policy found in the listing.


Refunds --

  • If purchaser keeps any item from his/her order: Assuming satisfaction of the above-listed criteria, if purchaser has kept at least one item from his/her order, Peurist will refund the value of the item(s) to the purchaser's original form of payment, plus any apportioned shipping fees associated with the item(s).

  • If purchaser returns all of the items from his/her order: Assuming satisfaction of the above-listed criteria, if purchaser returns all of the items from his/her order, Peurist will refund the entire value of the original purchase to the purchaser's original form of payment, less the shipping fees paid with the order (Canadian returns will not be assessed a shipping fee deduction of greater than $19.99).
